Birthday month

Are there more winter babies than summer babies? It seems that most of my family are born in the winter. I thought I better start making the birthday cards otherwise I don't think I will ever finished. As I invest so much of card making tool, I swear to myself I will never buy a card from the shop again. :)

The first card is for my brother.

Second card is for my mother in law. I think I might over done this card and put too much objects on it. But I thought it is supposed to be a celebration of being 60 so should like a carnival.

I have gone the totally direction from my second card to make a very simple card.

  7. Great cards. Love the cute one for your brother and your MIL will thoroughly enjoy hers as it shows just how much work you have put into making it, I do think that is important but your simple one is delightful too in its own way.

  18. What a great desk there is plenty going on I am the same I would so grudge to buy a card, if we counted up how much each card has cost to make with the tools our eyes would most likely water. Have a great Wednesday. Laura

  20. Lovely cards! I know what it's like having all the birthdays come at once. Ours are all in the spring and early summer. This year everyone seemed to have special "big 0" ones too! Hopefully next year will be a bit more relaxing!! Happy WOYWW, Shoshi #62
